Terms of Service

1. Service

supaMov provides AI character sheets, pose guides, lookbook bases, virtual try-on images, media editing, downloads, and supported commerce-platform integrations. Features can change as providers and platform APIs evolve.

2. Account and merchant authorization

You must be authorized to operate the connected Shopify store and are responsible for activity performed through your merchant account. You must promptly disconnect the app or contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Input materials and rights

You retain rights in materials you upload. You represent that you have all permissions needed to process product images, model references, logos, prompts, and other inputs, including publicity, privacy, copyright, and trademark permissions. You must not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or exploitative content.

4. AI-generated content

AI output can contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended similarities. You must review each result before publishing or using it commercially. supaMov does not guarantee exclusivity, factual accuracy, or suitability for a particular campaign, and is not responsible for disputes caused by inputs or uses that you did not have authority to make.

5. AI Workload Units and Shopify billing

AI Workload Units (AU) are service-use units and are not cash, stored value, or transferable currency. Shopify plans are billed through Shopify App Pricing. The plan page states the recurring price and included AU. Plan changes, cancellation, proration, taxes, and refunds follow Shopify's billing flow and the displayed plan terms. Successfully completed provider work consumes AU; failed work is restored according to the applicable job policy.

6. Product media application

When you choose Apply to Shopify, supaMov adds the selected generated image to the chosen product. Existing product media is preserved. You are responsible for verifying the product, image order, storefront presentation, and any later merchant edits. Rollback removes only media previously added and still identifiable as a supaMov application.

7. Acceptable use and suspension

You may not probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, resell unauthorized assets, interfere with another merchant, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, platforms, providers, or the service.

If a rights report concerns a marketplace asset, we may pause new sales, generation, downloads, and commerce-platform applications while we review it and notify affected merchants in the service. If the issue is confirmed, we may revoke access and initiate marketplace refunds and settlement reversals. You must stop using and remove copies already downloaded or published outside supaMov.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis and depends on third-party AI and commerce platforms. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, special, consequential, and lost-profit damages are excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination and governing law

You may uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling stops new access but does not override legally required billing or retention records. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

10. Contact and changes

Questions may be submitted through the in-app Contact Support page. Material changes will be announced in the service or through an appropriate merchant contact channel. Effective March 15, 2026; last updated August 26, 2026.
